Hi, I have the 9.0M1 version
I was tying to follow the tutorial on creating a JAX-WS service.
On section 6.3, it asks to open the ‘Launch web services explorer’. I do not see that option – I see ‘Launch SOAP web services explorer’ and ‘Launch REST web services explorer’
On clicking the icon ‘Launch SOAP Web Services Explorer ‘, I see an error page. Please advise.

    jayant.das@mris.net,

Sorry that you ran into this issue. I could not replicate the issue at my end.

    1) We have released ME 9.0 GA version and I suggest you update your MyEclipse to the latest version. Go to Help > MyEclipse Configuration Center > Dashboard > Updates Available. Select MyEclipse Enterprise Edition 9,apply changes and follow the wizard. Restart the IDE when it prompts.

    2) The tutorials are based on earlier versions of MyEclipse. Once you launch the SOAP Web Services Explorer, you will see UDDI Main instead of WSDL Main.If you refer to section 6.3 of the tutorial, there is a “WSDL Page” button on the top right hand corner of the Web Service Explorer. Click on the WSDL Page to bring up the WSDL Main.

    3) If you still see an error page when you launch the SOAP Webservices explorer, then please attach a screenshot of the same. Also check for any errors of interest logged in the .log file which is located at <workspace dir>/.metadata/.log. Paste them here.

    4) Attached is the screenshot of the SOAP web services explorer. The icon for WSDL page is highlighted for your reference.
