MyEclipse 2013 is not available through Pulse; to install MyEclipse, please use an offline or custom installer available from our download page: http://myeclipseide.com/download

MyEclipse Configuration Center
The configuration center is no longer present in MyEclipse 2013, features provided by it have been replaced.
