Class compile out properly-some very basis class but I am not able to generate the class diagram out of it...even when i am in the MyEclipse UML prosepective.

For the class diagram, you will have to right click on the package instead of the java class to see the option enabled. Right click on package > MyEclipse > Generate UML2 Class Diagram.
