    Dears,
    Yesterday I’ve just paid for MyEclipse Blue subscription but I have not received the subscription code yet and I sent you two emails @ subscriptions@genuitec.com
    I have not got any response!. although I received the payment receipt and this is the order number
    Order #: 53900
    please I am waiting the activation code so I can resume working on my pending tasks !

    Hi,
    I have received subscription code but its not working on Blue edition although I paid for blue edition I paid almost $159 so please could you correct this error as soon as possible?

    What is the issue you are facing with MyEclipse Blue subscription? Could you [PM] me your subscription ID and code? What is your Operating system and version? Is the ME Blue subscription not persisting? Please elaborate more.

    Dears,
    I sent you e-mails enclosed with the receipt i’ve received and a snapshot of the error i am getting.
    anyway,when i entered the subscription code in ME Blue it says this is not for ME Blue I attached a snapshot of the error and the
    Order #: 53900
    Order Date: 2011-11-23
    Blue Edition
    $158.95 each
    P300 10-15-20 1-49
    I sent this issue to your sales and support emails but may be you were on holidays
