malbenni ,

You can exclude the package from validation from Project > Properties > MyEclipse > Validation > Excluded Resources. Check the folder which you wish to exclude from validation, apply and close the wizard.

Let us know how this works for you.

Hi,
up to now I can't stop validation it works every time I run the IDE although I've excluded the javascript files and packages... its annoying since it takes huge amount of time. please suggest a solution!

malbenni ,

Sorry that you are seeing this issue. I have filed a PR for the dev team and they are looking at the problem.

Can you give us the version of MyEclipse you are working with ? Paste the Build ID here from Help > About MyEclipse Enterprise Edition > Build ID.

To improve performance I suggest you change the JS mode to Basic mode. To change your JavaScript code analysis mode, go to Window > Preferences > MyEclipse > Files and Editors > JavaScript.

Hope this helps.
