Hi, we have purchased 24 licenses of MyEclipse for Spring Subscription with so called Full Maintenance included. We have some issues with the IDE that we'd like to seek support. How should we go about doing this? Specifically, should we simply post our questions to this forum, or do you provide a separate channel for users with purchased subscriptions to seek support?
