Sorry to hear you are running into this issue. I see that you are trying to add both PHPEclipse and PDT. I would recommend you install only PDT and give it a shot. Please refer - http://myeclipseide.com/PNphpBB2-viewtopic-t-27458.html for more information. To remove PHPEclipse remove PHPEclipse (w/related) software from MyEclipse Configuration Center > Software tab > MySoftware > Personal Software.

Could you attach screenshot of MyEclipse Configuration Center > Dashboard tab. I am interested to see the feature "MyEclipse IE Debugger ( for windows only)"

Based on the screenshots I see that the sync state is shown as disconnected. If you are behind firewall / proxy, please ensure you have setup the same here - window > preferences > general > network connections.
