    My ear file export from eclipse blue fails with no error where is there a log to check?

    Sorry that you are seeing this issue.

    1. Can you please share the installation details from MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details ? Paste them here for us.

    2. Clear the contents of the .log file which is located at <workspace dir>/.metadata/.log. Now try exporting the EAR and paste the contents of the .log file here for us to help investigate further.

    3. Please also share the details about the EAR project and its contents.

    Thanks once you gave me the name of the log file I was able to determine that it was an orphaned resource. once I deleted it the export ran fine.
