    Dear support

I am wondering if you ever got around to include deployment filtering when using myEclipse for WAR projects in both exploded and packaged deployment in MyEclipse 10.7.

We have use case where win need a set of jar files for compilation but need to be excluded at deployment. Is there a simple and portable way to do that?

I found the following reference to “filtered deployment”
https://www.genuitec.com/forums/topic/configuring-which-jars-get-deployed/#post-305103 but it’s not clear if it was added.

    Thanks in advance

Just wanted to note that asked a similar question back in December and the resolution is using user libraries but I guess what I wanted to verify that this the only way and there is really no way of just tell myecplise to just exclude deployment from the web-in\lib

Thanks again and sorry for the double post

    max.

    Max,

We will be adding the filtering in MyEclipse 11 version. A dev team member will reply to your query in detail.

    Sorry for the delay.

    Max,

Nothing more to add beyond what Swapna already stated – we do have support for this in ME 11.

If you would like to get your hands on an early access version of 11 to test, please write to support@genuitec.com ATTN Brian with a link to this thread.

    Thank you for asking.
