I’ve created a simple MyEclipse Maven Project. I add Spring capabiliteis. Then I wanted to add JPA capabilities with Spring-JPA support. I can’t even finish the wizard due to this error:
“One or more constraints have not been satisfied. Cannot install project facet Java 1.6. Some version of this project facet is already installed”

We could not replicate the issue at our end.
These are the steps I followed :
> Created a Web project(Java EE 6.0) with Maven Support.
> Added Spring capabilities to this project with default values.
> Added JPA capabilities to this project. (Selected JPA-Spring support,derby database)
> Right clicked on project and selected “Generate Entities and DAOs’, the wizard opens and it is working without any issues.1) Can you please switch to a new workspace and follow the above steps and check whether you can still replicate the issue ?
2) Clear the contents of the .log file which is located at <Workspace>/.metadata/.log file, replicate the issue and attach the .log file here to help us investigate further.
3) Can you please mention the exact steps that you followed to help us replicate the issue at our end ?I have been experiencing the same problem for long time, I even frustrated and thinking to switch to some other IDE

Can you please answer some questions to help us investigate further :
1) Can you please share your installation details from MyEclipse > Installation summary > Installation details ?
2) Can you please switch to a new workspace and follow the steps and check whether you can still replicate the issue ?
3) Clear the contents of the .log file which is located at <Workspace>/.metadata/.log file, replicate the issue and attach the .log file here to help us investigate further.
4) Can you please mention the exact steps that you followed to help us replicate the issue at our end ? Please mention which Spring version you selected, which JPA version you selected etc.
5) If possible, can you please attach the sample project to help us replicate the issue at our end ?
