hi all staff

I am using myeclise for spring 10.6 and Jboss 7 and mysql 5.1

I get the is error in sunning my example which runs runs perfectly on tomcat that I want to run it on JBOss 7 stable. I fixed all adjustment in success except next for tag validaoitn.of email apttern. I affirm the application is fully running on Tomcat.

23:03:15,296 ERROR [org.apache.catalina.core.ContainerBase.[jboss.web].[default-host].[/MyPetStore].[Faces Servlet]] (http–127.0.0.1-8080-1) Servlet.service() for servlet Faces Servlet threw exception: java.lang.NullPointerException

someone on the net fixed it via

-Dorg.apache.tomcat.util.ENABLE_MODELER=true
* Define your jvm route using a system property: -Djboss.mod_cluster.jvmRoute=…

but how I can do this or else in MyEclipse IDE

Amir,

You can enter the JVM arguments in the “Optional Java VM arguments” which is present here – Window > Preferences > MyEclipse > Servers > JBoss > JBoss 7.x > JDK.

Let us know if you see any issues.
