I had an existing folder with many non java files, In eclispes i
created a
project and mapped the path to this folder.
Once the project was created, all the old non java files were
deleted.
Now how do I restore these files.giri,
Where were these files? Were they in an output (classes) folder by any chance? We’ll really need more information about what exactly you did in order to help, but you might try right-clicking on the project and selecting ‘Restore from Local History…’ to see if Eclipse remembers the file locations.
