    Hi,

    I’ve been running MyEclipse for several years now largely without issue until this morning. I switched between workspaces and now it stops loading about 30% of the way (according to the status bar icon) with the message;

    Loading org.eclipse.jdt.debug

    I have tried several times to retart and have even rebooted but I’m dead in the water. Is there a way to either get it to start up cleanly or determine what is wrong?

    Thanks / Regards,

    P.S.

    pas_v10r8,

    Sorry that you are seeing this issue.

    Can you please answer some more questions for us ?

    1. Can you please share the Build ID from Help > About ?

    2. Can you please try starting the IDE with -clean and see if it fixes the issue.

    3. Can you please check if you are seeing the issue with a fresh workspace too?

    4. If you are still seeing the issue, please copy paste the entire contents of the .log file which is located at <workspace dir>/.metadata/.log for us to investigate further.

    5. I suggest you give MyEclipse 2013 , our latest version a try and see if the problem persists. You can download ME 2013 from here : http://www.myeclipseide.com/index.php?name=Recommend_Us&req=Download&version=ME

    The license you hold for ME 10.x is valid for ME 2013 too as our licenses are time based and not version based.

    Let us know how it works for you.

    Sorry for the delay, got sidetracked when I could work again.

    -clean was what I was looking for.
