I have a user that is unable to connect to the license server from China. He will be there for about a month and needs to get MyEclipse up and running now that the license has been updated.
The 5 day grace period is expired. Is there a way to extend it or some other means to get a the activation code.

User sent me the Alternate activation URL which I posted here in the US. Sent user result octet array and it activated fine.

Thanks for letting us know that you sorted the problem. For other users, there is an Activation FAQ, that should be helpful.
