Given a project called Spring Project called ProjectZ
I set up the Web Context-root to be /xxxx/ProjectZ
When I come to exploded deploy this project into Tomcat 7 then Deploy Location : INVALID.
Is this a bug in MyEclipse?

You are seeing this issue because we handle all projects in a autodeploy mode, which doesn’t allow more than one element in context path. We will handle this kind of issues in our next major release. I have also filed an enhancement request to support this case.
