I’m getting a “Unable to connect to repository … Connection to http://findbugs.cs.umd.edu refused” when to trying to Reload from the site in Window > Preferences > Install/Update > Available Software Sites for the trial version of MyEclipse for Spring 2014. This problem only occurs while in the office; it does NOT occur when I work from home. Additionally, when I try this from plain old Eclipse/JUNO it works just fine. Please advise.

This looks like a proxy/firewall issue at your work place. If you are behind a firewall or proxy, you need to set up the information here : Window > Preferences > General > Network Connections. Also ensure that the following sites are allowed through your proxies –
http://www.myeclipseide.com , http://www.poweredbypulse.com , http://www.genuitec.com.Let us know how it works for you.
