    Recently, I have had problems with my laptop hard-drive on which myeclpise blue is installed. Subsequetly; tech support performed an integrity check ( chkdsk /f ).

    Since then I find I can’t access the Myeclispe configuration center or Ecplise marketplace.

    Any suggestions on how to resolve?

    Sorry that you are seeing this issue. Looks like your installation is broken.

    Can you please try to reinstall MyEclipse using the offline installer ? Re-run the installer and either choose repair or install another copy to fix the issue.

    If you do not have the installer and working with MyEclipse Blue 2013/2014, please download the installer from here :

    If you are working on previous versions of MyEclipse Blue and do not have the installer, please send an email to sales@genuitec.com and they will assist you.Be sure to include your name, subscription id, subscription code, MyEclipse version desired, and operating system so they can provide the correct download link without delay.
