When opening Task LIst (Mylyn) and creating a query by right clicking in that panel it should pull up a New Query Window.
From this window I click install more connectors to get connected to Mantis or TeamTrack and I get an error saying “Unable to launch connector install since the required platform support is not available”
We need this for our development environment. Any thoughts on how to get this working?
I’ve tried installing the latest from http://download.eclipse.org/mylyn/releases/latest and s=everything seemed to install okay but still getting the same error.

ChrisI had to install the mantis connector from their site: http://mylyn-mantis.sourceforge.net/eclipse/update/
I was then able to to create a repository through Mylyn. Apparently the self discovery isn’t working and the install more connectors isn’t working.
May be just my installation but giving you heads up anyways.

Can you please check if you can get the Mylyn Mantis connectors to work on Eclipse Kepler (4.3.1) which is the base version of MyEclipse 2014 ?
We do not provide intrinsic support for third party plugins, but we will try to assist you in this case. Please let us know how it works on Eclipse Kepler to help us investigate the issue with MyEclipse.
