Problem activating MyEclipse using internet

    Hi,

    I have a problem activating MyEclipse subscription. I tried the automated method but it failed. I tried the web method, it says product activation success but the activation code is actually an error message as attached:

    Can you please clarify whether you have followed the same steps mentioned in this thread to activate your license – https://www.genuitec.com/forums/topic/activation-activating-your-installation/

    If you are still facing issues, can you please send an email to sales@genuitec.com and they will be able to assist you. Be sure to include your name, subscription id, subscription code and operating system details.
