Recently installed latest MyEclipse 2014 professional. I need the subversive plugin. I don’t see any option for adding this. What are the steps please? Help > Choose Components does not show this plugin. And I can’t find the MyEclipse Configuration Center (this is where I added the component before).

    ksgetting,

MyEclipse configuration center is no longer present in MyEclipse 2013 and MyEclipse 2014 versions, features provided by it have been replaced. For more details, please see this document.

You can add subversive plugin from Eclipse marketplace. Go to Help > Install from catalog, Eclipse marketplace opens up, search for subversive plugin and click on install button and follow the wizard to install the plugin. Alternatively, you can drag and drop from marketplace-enabled sites into MyEclipse to add software to your installation (as mentioned in the above document)

Alternatively, you can install subversive plugin using this update site – http://download.eclipse.org/technology/subversive/1.1/update-site/
    > Go to Help > Install from site
    > Click on Add, add the name and the above url in the Add repository window and click ok
    > Select the plugin you wanted to install and click Finish and follow the wizard.

Alternatively, you can install plugins using dropins folder mechanism. Please check this thread to install plugins using dropins folder mechanism

Hope this helps and let us know if you see any issues.
