Subject pretty much says it all – in the Genuitec catalog (Help->Install From Catalog…) if you try to install eGit it says it conflicts with MyEclipse and recommends uninstalling MyEclipse.

Any ideas on how to get a Git integration?

    stdunbar,

MyEclipse 2014 ships with EGit 3.1 by default, so you no longer need to manually install EGit in MyEclipse 2014.

To see what’s new in this release (MyEclipse 2014), please read the New and Noteworthy.

Hope this helps and let us know if you see any issues in MyEclipse.
