Weblogic 12c Connector fails with Library Deployments

    Hello,

    we are working with weblogic 12c and using one library deployment.

    starting the weblogic with the “normal” startscript is everthing ok. the ear deploy without any errors and using the deployed library.

    using the connector from myeclipse the weblogic ignores (maybe?) the library and try to find the jars in the ear.

    Any ideas?

    Hi,

    the same error occurs on my environment.
    I use the same weblogic and the library is a weblogic “shared library”.

    when starting weblogic via “startWeblogic.cmd” everything works fine.
    when starting from myeclipse the shared library seems to be not visible to my application.

    i assume that “startWeblogic.cmd” uses some extra parameters that are not set when starting from myeclipse.

    Hi,

    I could get my application working in MyEclipse 2014 after following the steps mentioned in this blog.

    Can you please try the example mentioned in the oracle blog and let us know whether you can run the application using shared libraries ?

    If you are still facing issues, can you please mention the exact steps you followed for creating a shared library in weblogic server. Also, please mention the steps followed in MyEclipse (Right from creating a project till running the project on weblogic server).

    Also, please share your MyEclipse installation details from MyEclipse > Installation summary > Installation details ?

    As mentioned in my earlier response, can you please try the shared libraries example mentioned in the oracle here and let us know whether you can run the application ? I have tried it at my end and could get it working.

Also, please mention the steps followed in MyEclipse (Right from creating a project till running the project on weblogic server). If possible please attach the sample project and shared library to help us replicate the issue at our end.
