Hello,
I’ve been trying to install MyEclipse 8.0 since past few days and the following error is what i come across each time I try to install it’s setup file.
“Couldn’t create folder “C:\Users\vaio\AppData\Local\TempF:” The Filename, Directory name, or volume label is incorrect.”
It’d be helpful for me if I get an answer to this issue.

Sorry that you are seeing this issue.
Our latest version is MyEclipse 2014, based on Eclipse Kepler (4.3). I strongly recommend you download and install MyEclipse 2014 to take advantage of many bug fixes and enhancements we made since the MyEclipse 8.x release. If you are currently holding a license for MyEclipse, then the same license can be used for MyEclipse 2014 too, as our license are time based not version based. Please take a look at this link for more information on MyEclipse 2014.
To help us investigate further, can you share some more information with us?
1. Please mention your OS details ?
2. Can you please clarify if there are any invalid characters in the path?
3. After running the install file did you make any changes to the default installation path ? If yes, can you try installing without changing the default values ?
4. Please mention at which installation screen did the error shown ? If possible please attach screenshot of the error screen to help us visualise the issue.
5.Can you please attach the installation log file to help us investigate further ? You can find the installation log file named ‘pulse-one- ‘ in the ‘Temp’ folder (you can find the path of temp folder by entering echo %TEMP% in the command prompt).
