cannot create data source even after subscription upgrade

    Hi,

    After upgrading my subscription from standard to professional, I still cannot create data source. All I see in MyEclipse Reporting Design Perspective/Data Explorer is

    A Data view is not available.

    Please help.

    Sorry that you are seeing this issue.

    > Can you please clarify whether you have restarted MyEclipse after updating subscription details ?

    > Can you clarify whether a report (reportname.rptdesign) file is opened in MyEclipse ? Data Explorer allows you to create a Data source only when you open a report in MyEclipse.

    If you are still seeing the issue, please attach your MyEclipse installation details from MyEclipse > Installation summary > Installation details ? Also share your MyEclipse subscription details by sending a mail to support@genuitec.com. Please add ATTN: Pradeep in the subject and refer to this thread.

    I can create a data source now after opening a report.
