I ‘m in troublewhen I open and install myeclipse throw error “Failed to create the java Vi….” but my eclipse is ok .Is my jvm error? thank you from china
support-pradeepMemberp_max,
Sorry that you are facing this issue.
1) MyEclipse installer requires 32 bit Java installed on your machine, can you please clarify whether a 32 bit Java is available/installed in your machine ?
2) Can you please share your OS version ?
3) Can you please verify the file size and md5 sum matches that is mentioned in the download site to make sure the download is complete? If the size does not match, please try downloading the installer once again and retry ?
For your convenience I am pasting file size and md5 sum here for you :
Full Installer: ~ 1199mb
MD5: f214104dac2823bbfe75dd0d8a01ea9c4) If you are still facing issues, can you please attach the installation log file to help us investigate further ? You can find the installation log file named ‘pulse-one- .log’ in the ‘Temp’ folder (you can find the path of temp folder by entering echo %TEMP% in the command prompt).
p_maxMemberPradeep ,
Thanks for ur reply.
The new MackBook have no jre( 10.9 Mavericks and after From Apple ) .
But I install jdk 1.7 ,and install myeclipse, throw the Message.
I guess this reason, uninstall the jdk and run myeclipse ,the system throw a message ,”If you want to runing Myeclipse ,install the jre 6 right now?”
Click OK,when installed,I run Myclipse ,Amazing! It’s can install.
Then I install jdk.
Everything is ok.My problems solved~~
thanks Pradeep ,
