    Hi,

Just taking a look at MyEclipse being a MobiOne user

All setup but I think its a tad too high for my learning curve in terms of ‘darg and drop’ functions or am I missing something?

Would appreciate a help up getting started

Looked for a tutorial video to see how to start but no success

    Many Thanks

    Richard,

You can access the documentation for MyEclipse from Help > Help Contents. The Dashboard displays a quick overview of available topics. You can select what you want to do and browse the tutorials. Here is a screenshot for your reference :

    Hi,

    That wasn’t very helpful

In the ‘Help’ whilst it shows setting an app project up, it does not show how i.e. where are the widgets located like MobiOne?

    Richard,

We are in the process of making those widgets / plugins available to MyEclipse users (need to submit them to PhoneGap store, modify for recent versions of Cordova, etc.)

We are also working on better documentation specifically for MobiOne users coming to MyEclipse; like the above, a few more pieces need to be put in place before we can proceed so your experience right now will not be optimal.

We’re in the middle of making these changes and hope to deliver these shortly, in the next update to 2015 CI. I’ll post here when we have an update. Thank you for trying MyEclipse.

    Hi Brian,

Thanks for that; appreciated the update.

Happy to buy it when MobiOne has been integrated.

    One other thing Brian …

Will there be full demo examples and videos for learners like myself?

Some of us learn through practical application as opposed to reading.

    Regards,

I second the vote on providing some simple tutorials that show how to use the tools from concept to delivery..
