Hello,
i’ve installed MyEclipse 2014 GA on several machines but with same problems. I have two main problem even if i think they are related:1) I cannot compute expressions
2) I cannot put conditional breakpointsAs you can see from attached image when i add a conditional breakpoint i get the message “Missing Java Project” and in the same image you can see that also the expression view (on right top of the image) it is empty and if i try to add watches the value is never shown
Any hint? i would buy the final version of MyEclipse but the debug is the most important thing and if it doesn’t work i will not spend my money. I’ve worked with version 8 and 10 without any problem in the past.

Sorry that you are seeing this issue. While I could replicate the issue at my end on MyEclipse 2014, the issue does not occur on our latest releases, MyEclipse 2015 Stable 1.0/ MyEclipse 2015 CI 10.
I recommend you move to MyEclipse 2015 Stable 1.0 (GA) and give it a try. If you are comfortable working with the Continuous Integration (CI) stream, then you can install the MyEclipse 2015 CI 10. You will get access to bi-weekly feature updates and the latest fixes for MyEclipse.

Yes i’ve downloaded MyEclipse 2015 and all is ok now. But with 2014 there is no way to watch expressions..
I’ll test the new versione before buy it. I want to discover where is the old “Deployment button” in toolbar that was a good thing also to create the wars and redeploy it.. i don’t see it anymoreHi,

There is a button to ‘Manage Deployments’ in the toolbar in ME 2015. Please see the below screenshot for your reference.
Make sure you are in the ‘MyEclipse Java Enterprise’ perspective. If you are still unable to see the button, then go to Window > New Window and see if the button appears on the toolbar of the new window.

yes found it. thank you. it is totally different from the past but no problem.
The main problem (not a MyEclipse problem but an eclipse problem) is that the icons on my 4K monitor are so small that are really hard to see.
BTW i’ll buy a license soon 🙂
