No more me Mobile after upgrading from me2015 C11 to C12

    Hi,

    I’m facing an issue after me2015 upgrade from C11 to C12.
    It is not possible to create new mobile project. (there si no more mobile project item)
    Old project, migrated from mobiOne, are no more available. Phonegap is not more available…
    Downgrade to C11 is not better, of course…
    No more phonegap pluggin availlable.

    Moving from mobiOne to me is a one year nightmare. I’m not able to develop in normal conditions.
    We pay more and we have less !

    I had the same problem after installing the latest update, everything went kinda haywire as you described. I solved it by downloading the latest version of 15ci, running it and using the ‘repair my installation’ option. All working ok now.

    As I had revert to C11, I had to comme back to C12 before. I also had to trust a jeeeyul@gmail.com certificat… (What for, I have no idea…)

    All is ok now, I able to work, but for how long ?

    AAAARRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHH! I wanted to get some things done this afternoon, brought up me2015, and stupidly decided to upgrade to c12. Not only is my ionic project screwed up (it not longer recognizes the ionic upgrades and phonegap, so I can’t upgrade the workspace), but simple things like the dashboard and help are screwed up. Wow. Off to see if I have a copy of C11 stashed somewhere.

    Hi,

    As far as I understand, you can try repair in C12 that does not work.
    FYI, me2015, keep himself the history of installation: Help -> About -> Installation details

    Try to repair your C12 installation (With the me2015 C12 setup) and migrate your project after. This was good for me & CrikeyMate…

    We all spent lot of precious time…

    Hi,

    Sorry that you guys are seeing issues with CI 12 update. Internally we see no issues with the update to CI 12 from CI 11 at our end.

    While we continue to investigate at our end, can you please start MyEclipse with -clean command args, switch to a new workspace and check if it fixes the issue ?

    If -clean does not work, please share your OS and version details with us to help us investigate further.

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused and while there is clearly a problem, we have been unable to reproduce this internally – and we need to ensure we fix this correctly, soon. Could you help us by answering a few questions?

    1) Could you tell us what version of 2015 CI you were on prior to this fix? if you’ve been on the CI stream for some time, roughly how many upgrades have you gone through?

    2) Had you installed any additional plugins into MyEclipse?

    3) In your <installation directory>/configuration folder, you should fine some log files around the time at which you updated (probably the most recent log files). Could you please attach those here (or PM me) or email support@genuitec.com ATTN Brian with a link to this thread?
