Can someone please tell me how to stop the MyEclipse dashboard from opening?

Hi,

You can choose to not show the Dashboard on MyEclipse startup.Check the ‘Don’t show dashboard on startup’ option and restart the IDE. Here is the screenshot for your reference.

Is there any specific reason why you do not want the MyEclipse Dashboard?

now that we know how to stop showing the dashboard, how do we show it again?

Dave,

You can click the ‘Show Dashboard’ icon on the main toolbar to open the Dashboard. If you want to show it on startup then uncheck the ‘Don’t show dashboard on startup’ option.
