Hi !
My subscriptions was supposed to end on 10/20/2004.
Thinking about what a great job you guys have done,
I decided to renew.
I renewed on the 09/22/2004 and now my expiration
is on 09/21/2005.
Renew should really mean renew and the date should
continue from where my subscriptions was supposed
to lapse, not when I renewed.
Continuing support from your customers should be
appreciated and treated differently from new customers.
If I had known that I really need to upgrade on the
date it really expires, then it was OK. But I really
thought renew means continue for another year
from my last year's purchase.
Thank you.

Hanan,
We are updating the subscription system to provide increased flexibility and to make sure customers take full advantage of existing membership regardless of renewal date. We hope to complete this process shortly.
In the mean time, you should receive an email with an updated access key to let you reclaim any lost membership period.
Best Regards |

| It's been fixed with an upgrade to our processing logic. No worries. |
