Eclipse 3.0.1
MyEclipse 3.8.2Is there a problem with the MyEclipse Workbench Installer for the MacOSX? I download the file but can’t get the file to Launch. Anyone else having this problem?
Actually, the installer for the Mac should work just fine. In fact, we’ve never had a problem report for it. Did you download it with Safari? What version of OS X are you running? Please remember for Eclipse 3.0 you need at least 10.3, so the same requirement exists for MyEclipse. What version of Java do you have installed? Are all your OS updates up to date? Does the account you’re launching the installer from have admin rights? Can you use the terminal window to check the permissions on the installer file and make sure it has execute permissions for your user? Is there any type of error message displayed or log file created?
