Absolutely not, the only feature that is Win32 only at this point is the HTML Designer; everything else (including the Web preview) is cross platform and runs on every platform the Eclipse platform runs on. Most likely your setup is incorrect and is quietly throwing exceptions or dying and not giving you the proper behavior. Can you please post all the information we request in the [URL=http://www.myeclipseide.com/PNphpBB2+file-viewtopic-t-393.html]Posting Guidelines[/URL] thread at the top of this forum? That will give us some context so that we can determine if this is an installation issue, a configuration problem, or a bug. Thanks.
I got it working under linux, it was a configuration issue. However, now my I am getting the following error message
Cannot find bean “mybean name”. I am following the tutorial and am setting the all the properties correctly. I may be another config thingIf you are getting starts with Struts these seemingly ‘obscure’ error messages will drive you nuts for a while until you start learning the ins and outs and learn to interpret what Struts is asking for.
If you can’t figure this out feel free to post some more details about your setup and how you are accessing the bean/etc. and some of our more accomplished Struts users can probably help you out.
