I want to use my own .cmd file to start when I try to start Weblogic from Eclipse. Where do I do this.
I think eclipse is not using startWeblogic.cmd instead it is starting Weblogic from its configured file.
Can anyone let me know what to do?

Praveen,
Custom startup scripts are not supported. You can edit the weblogic connector settings to try and duplicate the settings you have in your cmd file, but all launching is done internally to MyEclipse.
