WIBNI I could just hit F3 on <foo:bar/> to be then warped to the doEnd method in the class that implements this custom tag?

I don't know what WIBNI means, but bring able to jump to a custom tag's impementation is a great idea. I would suggest the another appropriate UI (aside from a function key) would be a "Open Declaration" option in the context menu (available by right clicking).. this is how the Java editor does it, so it'd be nice to be consistent.

JFTR (just for the record), F3 is the default kbd shortcut for the "jump to declaration" menu item.

I'm a rodentophobic, so please excuse me of referring to features by their keys ;-)
