Did not receive news letter

    Somehow I do not receive the news letter of MyEclipse.
    According to the web site I am subscribed, but I did not receive the issue of 6 November.
    Is there a way to test the news letter ?

    John,

    The only “non-delivery” problems we’ve seen is when the newsletter gets eaten by a spam filter. I don’t know that we have a way to test it by requesting it to “send you the latest newsletter now” or anything. In fact, since this is portal related I’ve moved it to the ‘portal’ forum so someone from that team can comment.

    Spam filters and full mail boxes account for the majority of delivery issues for email and newsletters. To avoid false positive tagging of legitimate emails, we ask our customers to place MyEclipse (support@genuitec.com and Subscriptions@myeclipseide.com) in their address books, Safe Lists (Hotmail) or “Whitelists” (Some email systems).

    We will send you a test letter from the subscription account with instructions on how to view the Newsletters Online. Please confirm receipt
