MyEclipse Hibernate and Spring Tutorial: example terminated

When I run the HibernateSpringProject in <<MyEclipse Hibernate and Spring Tutorial>>,
after the console prints:
log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (org.springframework.core.CollectionFactory).
log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.
it always pauses for a long time, then pops up a warning "javaw.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close..."

I download the zip file of this example from tutorial page, there is still the problem.

can anyone help me?

Whats the error that is logged under <workspace>/.metadata/.log file ?

Can you go to MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details and paste the information here for me.
