I haven’t found another way but to click “Member services” – > “Search forums” – > “Forum index” to get to the forum index.

Could you add a simple button to the left-hand menu to the forums? Would save me a zillion clicks a year (rough estimate).

It’s the button at the top showing three people marked ‘Support’.

Scott – I’ll preface by saying I love the plugins, and appreciate the site (and your time on it). Having said that though, I have to agree with the original poster, in that if you don’t visit here often, it can be difficult to find these forums. ‘Support’ to me indicates possibly a collection of How-To’s, FAQs, or contact info for tech support. It does not bring to mind for me a Forum with a range of topics, one of which is actually for ‘support’.

This is especially confusing when there is another menu item at the left titled ‘Eclipse Support’, which leads to an entirely different page.

    Thanks, Paul

    Paul,

Excellent point. I’ll suggest we rename the icon ‘Forums’ to make it more explicit.

The explicit forum button is now implemented per our customers’ request. Your wishes are our commands 🙂 All recommendations are welcomed.
