Every time I create a uml diagrams some of the labels get lost(disappeare) as I turn to do something else within eclipse. I noticed it was happening even though I have saved the model before changing screens. I was wondering if I am doing something that’s causing it. Please help…

Can you clarify which diagram type you are working with and which labels (connections, classes, interfaces, etc.) are disappearing? If you close the diagram and reopen it, are they back?

I was using the collaboration diagrams and the Name of the "new ClassifierRole" is the one that is disappearing. I tried a combination of things to get Name value to re-appear, like closing and re-opening, re-opening the entire IDE, rebooting, and running the "run garbage collection" feature of Myeclipse. Nothing brought the text back; I have to re-type Name value again a number of times before it keeps it. Some time it would stay and others it would go away. Could not detect a pattern to re-produce the error.

I have been losing the text contents of comment boxes in class diagrams.

Lee are you able to find a reproducable set of steps when the text is lost? This would be invaluable to our devs.
