Post subject: Web 2.0 browser error

When I try to open web 2.0 browser I am getting this alert message.
Internal Web browser Error
"The requested feature is not available because it conflicts with the internal web browser.Please read the technical notice for more information and details on how to disable the internal web browser to make the requested feature available."

I am using ubuntu, internal browser being Mozilla Firefox and eclipse 3.2.2, MyEclipse5.5.0.

This is a known conflict:-

You need to set the properties described in "startup-script.sh" before starting MyEclipse.
