J2EEprogramer,
I am afraid there is no such feature. You can bookmark pages from the help books using the "Bookmark Document" button on the toolbar of the Help browser and these bookmarks show up in the Bookmarks tab of the help browser.
You can create your own plugin to create a context menu under help.

J2EEprogramer,
To create custom plugins, you can get started with the following
1. http://www.javabeat.net/articles/26-introduction-to-eclipse-plugin-architecture-1.html
2. http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/library/os-eclipse-3.3menu/

When you bookmark a document you see the document in bookmarks tab of help browser located at the bottom left corner.

J2EEprogramer,
Can you refer to MyEclipse Help and Tutorials on welcome page?

when you're programming in myeclipse, there is a toolbar (File, Edit, HELP / Help Contents) here I put my own help.
How can I add to myeclypse automatically at startup?
