I created a java project and am trying to add spring capabilities. I clicked MyEclipse-->Project Capabilities and Spring capabilities is not selected. Also, I don't see JPA capabilites.

In the MyEclipse for Spring 8.0 milestone, you should see a project right-click option called "Spring Code Generation" with several sub-menu choices. One of these is "Add Spring Code Generation Capabilities..." which will initialize the project.
