Hi

I am trying to add an IceFaces 2 plugin to myEclipse Blue 9. I have downloaded the plugin and have followed these steps

1. Open MyEclipse IDE, from menu options click on Help > MyEclipse Configuration Center
2. Go to Software tab, click on [add site]
3. This will open a window, click on add from archived site, choose the downloaded .zip folder
4. Expand the ICEFaces plugin till the child node under Personal Sites

When I get to this point I always get "No repository found ar jar:file....." under the plugin

Could you please help?

I am afraid, we currently do not provide support for IceFaces 2 on ME Blue 9.0. The current version supported is 1.8.1. We would provide IceFaces 2 support in the next MyEclipse release. I think the reason you see the issue could be because of incompatibility. Could you please point me to archived zip download weblink? This would help me research this further.

I am also interested in using ICEFaces 2.0 with ME ?

I have raised an enhancement request to provide support for IceFaces 2.0. There is a proposal to provide the support in ME 10.0. I am afraid, I do not have the timelines yet for ME 10.0.
