How to export java source files in war and ear files from My-eclipse.

I am afraid, currently we do not provide option to export EAR/WAR with source code.
We will be adding the ability to import EAR files in MyEclipse 10.x.
When we add the ability to import and export EARs directly, we will probably add more options to the Export. Alternatively you can use File > Export > Archive a much more effective way to share the project than overloading the use of a WAR.
