Post subject: use of tags with Subclipse  PostPosted: Dec 28, 2011 - 08:37 PM

I can create a tag using Subclipse in MyEclipse 9.1 just fine. However, to be of any value, you need the ability to update your workspace to a specified tag. I do not see a way to do that. The most obvious method would be Team, Switch..., and then Browse to the desired tag in the SVN repository.

So I tried that. Even though the repository has two different tags defined in it (under the tags folder), Team, Switch... will not allow me to select either tag. I can open the tags folder, and for a fraction of a second, I can see the tags--and then they are gone.

Am I missing something? What is the proper way to tell MyEclipse that I want to include a particular tag in the current workspace?

claytoncramer,

I am afraid it is more a Subclipse question than a MyEclipse one.
Take a look at this link :

I also suggest you check the subclipse documentation ( if any) and crosspost to subclipse forums or blogs for better support.
