On a Windows 7 Ultimate installation when I attempt to install updates into MyEclipse 8.5, I get to the screen where I am required to select a checkbox: "I acknowledge and accept ALL of the above licenses." I do this and the "Next" button activates. However, no matter how many times I select the "Next" button, nothing else happens. The window flashes for a second and just keeps coming right back. Eventually, I am forced to click the "Cancel" button. So, I am unable to update anything. Is this some known bug? Is there are work-around?

bsumn,

Sorry to hear you are running into this issue. Could you provide below information to help me investigate further -

1. Open MyEclipse IDE, from menu options click on MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details > [Copy to clipboard] and paste the same here
2. Are you behind firewall / proxy? If yes, please ensure you have configured proxy here - window > preferences > general > network connections
3. Please attach a screenshot of MyEclipse Configuration Center > Software tab with details of updates you have selected to install
4. Clear your. log file located at [your workspace dir]/.metadata/.log, replicate the issue and attach file here

Sorry for the inconvenience.
