Given that the volume in this forum is rather low I'm not sure if I'm the only one still periodically using this feature but...

It appears that the examples on demand site is currently a fresh install of an Apache server. Can someone take a look at it?

stdunbar,

You're absolutely right - our Examples on Demand server is currently in the process of being rebuilt. We had a rather unfortunate failure of a RAID controller yesterday that had the nasty side-effect of completely hosing the entire RAID system, making it unrecoverable. So.... it's been a bit of work to get a new server provisioned and commissioned properly but we're working on it diligently. At this point, we expect to have it ready for public use again no later than Monday, 8/13 CDT.

Sorry for the inconvenience to everyone.

stdunbar,

If you go to your CVS perspective, you should see the "MyEclipse Examples" repository which you can use in the interim to checkout all the examples from CVS directly; exactly what the "Install Project" button on our EOD site does.

Complete restoration of our EOD portal will take an additional day.
