When attempting to update MyEclipse I get the following error:

Can you answer some more questions for us ?

1. Can you please copy paste the Installation Details from MyEclipse > Installation Summary > Installation Details ?

2. Are you behind a firewall or proxy?

3. Can you please tell us what exact software are you trying to install/update ? If you are trying to install a plugin, please let us know how you are trying to install it? Share the details of the update site.

4. Clear the contents of the .log file which is located at <workspace dir>/.metadata/.log. Now replicate the issue and paste the contents of the .log file here for us.
