I added the Sonar plugin to MyEclipse and according to the Sonar Wiki found here http://docs.codehaus.org/display/SONAR/Configuring+Sonar+in+Eclipse I need to hover over the 'Configure' menu item to associate a project with Sonar. Since there is no 'Configure' menu item I'm unable to do this.

Therefore, what would be a work around?

Open MyEclipse IDE, go to Window > Preferences > General > Capabilities > Advanced > expand MyEclipse Standard Tools > check 'WTP Deprecated'. By default the option is unchecked.

This should show the Configure in the context menu.
