When I type </head> in the editor the less-than sign and the word
"head" are in red. This occurs whether I type the closing tag for HEAD
manually or using code assist.

Thanks for the report. I have entered an issue report for our development team to research it further.

A quick question: when you get the "red" head ;) if you close the editor and then reopen it does the red text reappear?

I can't duplicate it now. When it first happened I was able to remove
the tags, put them back in and the closing HEAD tag was always
red. In another file I was using the closing tag for CENTER was
red.

Oh, well.

Fixed. Will be part of the next maintenance release, 2.6.2.
