1. With multiple items selected in the outline, clicking "Add to diagram" from the context menu doesn't work.
2. With multiple items selected in the class diagram, none of the Show menu items from the context menu work.
3. When "Hide all compartments" is selected, there's an extra compartment shown. |

1) There is no context menu with multiple items selected, maybe I don't understand what you mean, but are you referring to the right-click context menu?
2) Correct, there is no context menu (none of the context sensative operations apply to multiple nodes)
3) When I do this the only compartment left showing is the one with the class icon and the name, what behavior are you seeing? SCreenshot? |

1. Here're the steps to reproduce: (a) open UMR file; (b) open class diagram; (c) open UML perspective; (d) select more than one item in the Outline view; (e) right click on one of those items; (f) select "Add to diagram." The items you've selected won't be added to the class diagram.
2. Here's the problem: there IS a context menu, it's just that the menu items don't work. When selecting multiple items of the same type, one would expect there to both be a context menu and for those menus that share items would both be present and work correctly.
3. Hmm... Interesting. Mine shows the compartment with a name and an extra, blank compartment underneath that one. I'll be glad to send a screenshot. Would you like me to send it to support@myeclipseide.com? Is that right? Since I didn't mention it before, I'm running 5.0/3.0.2/4.0 M1 (J2/E/ME) on XP SP2. |

There's a bug with JDK 5.0 on Windows and the UML designer, this might be it. I'm using JDK 1.4.2_08. Hold off on screenshot until M2 to see if it is still doing it. |

I have more information on my 3rd problem ("Hide all compartments" not working in class diagram editor): This only happens when you specify a stereotype. I thought it was odd when I saw it working correctly and then I had to go specify a stereotype and bada-bing, bada-boom, the extra compartment just showed up. Hope this helps you recreate the problem. |
